UK AND IRELAND RETURNS

If something isn’t quite right with your order we are happy to provide free returns and a full refund within 14 days.

We will refund products provided that it is still in the condition that you received it in- unworn and undamaged, with all tags and labels still attached. 

For hygiene purposes, please try on briefs over your own underwear.

  • Once your parcel arrives back with us it will undergo a quality check and you will be notified on the status of your refund. If approved you will be issued a full refund to your original payment method. You will be credited within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

  • EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    EXCHANGES

    UK EXCHANGES

    If your product doesn’t quite fit the way you wanted it to, we are happy to offer a free exchange! We will be happy to work with you to find the correct size, and offer you an exchange. Exchanges will be processed in the same way as refunds.

    Once we receive your parcel, we will give the product a quality check and then send out your exchange within 24 hours.  If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer an alternative.
